Thanks to PIG (Portland Indie Game) Squad ,we got to show our prototype at the PRGE!
It was such a great experience and I'm so happy I got to show the game publicly for the first time and gauge everyone's reactions. I'll be taking the feedback I received into consideration moving forward!

We'll be showing a prototype of LemonFable at the PRGE! This is huge for me and Kristen, and as a result I've been crunching to make sure the game is as presentable as possible! I have a vertical slice of the game loop completed, including a big map full of monsters for the player to explore and NPCs to interact with! I think you're all gonna like it! We're also bringing stickers and zines :D

I've made a ton of progress, including making the main menu, redoing a bunch of sprites (I'm exhausted lol), and making a whole load game display for the main menu which displays all your critters at once!! :O I submitted my game to the Portland Retro Indie Game Expo, I rly hope I can show off what I've got so far. In the meantime, check dis out:
